At UNDRESS CODE, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your new pieces are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
